Rationale skincare is a wholly Australian owned company with manufacturing facilities in Melbourne. It was launched in 1995 and focuses on people with sensitive skin conditions, acne, pigmentation and sun damage. Rationale’s scientific approach combined with the visible results quickly earned the support of the medical profession. The Rationale skincare range is only available from medical practitioners.

Products Currently Available:

Preparatory Cleanser: This moisturising cleanser contains anti oxidant vitamins, soothing and hydrating as it gently removes debris and makeup without dryness or irritation. It is oil and detergent free and is excellent for all skin types and ages.

Niacinamide Serum: This Vitamin B3 formula helps to even out the skin tone, fading pigmentation and sun damage while balancing oil flow. Excellent for all skin types.

Retinaldehyde Serum: This low irritant Retinaldehyde Vitamin A serum is formulated to continuously smooth and clarify skin tone and texture. It illuminates the complexion and rejuvenates sun damaged skin while boosting collagen production.  

Intelligent Sun Care – Face sunscreen SPF 30+: This super lightweight moisturiser is enriched with natural Zinc Oxide for optimum skin health. It is loaded with vitamins, moisturising while it protects against both UVA and UVB rays. The non greasy, hypo allergenic formula does not contain titanium dioxide and is suitable for all skin types.

Moisture+: This lightweight formula soothes and hydrates dry and sensitive skin at a cellular level without clogging pores. Excellent for all skin types.

Enriched Hydration: Skin feels instantly soothed and bathed in moisture after applying Enriched Hydration. It is rich in antioxidants and Vitamins A, B, C and E, boosting firmness, suppleness and smoothness while fortifying the skin’s protective barrier function. It is suitable for all skin types, including the most sensitive skin.
